Custom Products: All custom-made products are non-returnable.
Eligible Returns: Standard products may be returned with prior authorization and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition and suitable for resale.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for both initial and return shipping charges.
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 90 days of purchase.
Cancellations: Cancelled orders may be subject to charges for materials and labor already incurred.
